GOLF CART RULES

1. All Golf Carts to be inspected at the Guard House prior to bringing them onsite. 
2. There must be a licensed driver on the cart at all times. 
3. Golf Cart capacity must be maintained at all times, each passenger must have their own seat.
4. Golf Carts are not to be driven across Permanent Sites, RV sites, golf course, or mounds around the Resort.
5. Owner is responsible for any and all damages or injuries that are a cause of their golf cart.
6. There shall be no operating of any golf cart under the influence of alcohol, a refraction of this, will result in the proper authorities being notified.
7. Maintain all speed regulations throughout the resort.
8. Owner agrees to hold Erie Islands Resort & Marina harmless against any claims, liabilities, fines, suits, actions, proceedings, and judgements of any kind.

Golf Carts are permitted around acceptable ponds, weather permitting.

Erie Islands Resort & Marina Management reserves the right to revoke usage of the Golf Carts at their own discretion.  Erie Islands Resort & Marina will amend these rules as seen fit.
